By using No More Bets you agree to these terms. Please read them; they are short.

1. What the app is — and is not

No More Bets is a self-help program that supports habit change around gambling. It is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, counsellor, or crisis service. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact emergency services or a crisis line immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the app.

3. Subscriptions

• No More Bets Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription: yearly, 3-monthly, or monthly. A free trial may be offered on some plans; whether one applies to you, and the exact price in your currency including tax, are shown in the app before you confirm. The seller of record is the app store you bought through (Apple on iOS, Google on Android).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time, online, in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions (Android) — cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the period ends. Refunds are handled by the app store under its own terms; UK and Australian consumers also keep their statutory rights.

4. Messages to and from the people you invite

If you invite someone to follow your progress, the messages they send you pass through automatic filters. A message containing amounts of money, links or contact details, gambling operators or tips, or abuse is refused rather than delivered. You can turn the link off at any time in Settings, which stops both the page and the messages.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you write. You give us a licence to store and display it inside the app so the service can work.

6. Blocker and reminders

The site blocker and venue reminders are aids, not guarantees. They can be bypassed with other browsers or devices, and removing a block is intentionally delayed by 72 hours. You are responsible for your own choices.

7. Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app or its services, or use it for anything unlawful.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any gambling losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

9. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

10. Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, except that if you are a consumer in the UK, Australia, Canada or the United States you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts. We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and material changes will be shown in the app. Questions: use the contact form.
